Thanks Bunnygirl and Girliecat. I'll see what I can find online then as haven't had much luck in pharmacies or nearest health food store.

2019. My longed-for baby girl (DD2) arrived into the world safe and sound on 13th June 2019 . We named her Lucia Anna Catalina. I still can't believe she is here and often have to pinch myself. I am one VERY blessed Mumma. She also has a dimple like her big sister.

Sometimes (well-meaning) people ask me why I don't demand everyone take folate because it's "better" and to protect anyone with MTHFR variations that are undiagnosed, but it's this very reason. Many people couldn't afford to do folate and most people can take folic acid perfectly fine. I think we get such better compliance with affordable folic acid instead of folate. The last thing I need to be doing is making suggestions that end up with some people not taking ANYTHING, which is what would happen if I started trying to get everyone to take folate.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
