First just a quick ad - I do have my Timing book for sale here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/payments.php - it has an explanation of how to use timing and frequency in a sway if you want to.
Timing doesn't sway. The full case against it here http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...le-timing.html
One attempt is swaying very strongly in our statistics and thus as a result, I recommend that all pink swayers start off with and continue one attempt as long as is possible. All other less effective sway tactics aside from diet and exercise should be dropped before adding attempts.
Abstain has not gotten great results but is an optional add on for anyone whose partner is younger than 35. May help a little but also lowers odds of conception.
There is no magic to the positive OPK - it just ensures that the one attempt comes on a day when you have a good chance of conception. The important thing is the one attempt at a point in time that you can get pregnant - it isn't timing, because that doesn't work, it's just putting that one attempt on a day when odds of conception are best.

Thank you so so much Atomic! I've taken the time to read through your index which is an absolute Godsend! We are currently on our third month TTC and I'm using Rephresh should I be taking Zrytec as well or should I be ok with just the Rephresh? I do not know where I'd be w/o your site!!! Thanks so much!!!

Neither the Zyrtec or the RepHresh have gotten great results frankly. After 3 months TTC it is time to start dropping things, not adding them.
If you add anything at this point, make sure it is the upper echelon of effectiveness!
Diet, exercise, Clomid, LR and OLE for DH, alcohol, one attempt. Anything else has been disappointing.

It got both of mine right, but I do agree with what others said, there are a lot of other factors to swaing like diet and exercise...
When I conceived DD, I lost a lot of weight and was on a diet, as I wanted to keep my weight down before pregnancy and after conceiving I was walking something like 6 hours a day for the first 2 weeks, I know crazy as we were on holiday and we were on the move all day long...
When I conceived DS, I was 3 kilos more than when I conceived DD and very stressed so more testosterone I will say and I had no time to exercise or let alone walk...

just to make sure i understand it sorry , for TTG you think its best to have only 1 attempt in the fertile window but still have your partner relies every day for 10 days before or longer. ( I'm 27 and husband is 32 but i think he must be having a good sperm count as he's having a few bourbons and coke after work most nights and smokes every now and then and i got pregnant with a boy coming of the pill and first month of trying ) is Alcohol good for a girls sway as in lowering sperm count ?
I have read the index and its amazing i can only imagine how many hours of work and research gotten into that !
does testosterone effect DH with a sway ?
ps : is there a post that explains all the short forms of thing i know the main ones but some is really confusing

I KNOW (based on results) that it is best to stick with one attempt.
The release is up for negotiation. Most people want to try it for at least the first month or two, but it doesn't seem to do anything much.
Alcohol getting good results for pink, but we do not yet know why. Lower sperm count is just a theory with little data behind it.
Thanks for reading the index, I love doing it so it isn't really work to me. Just want as many people to get their desired gender as possible.
Testosterone for both DH and DW was one thing that people "guessed" might sway, but we really aren't sure. Some new results we've seen lately have made me question the idea.
