    Ph balance and diet

Need help: (not sure if I post here) I am having a hard time making my cm alkaline. I am have added alkaline fruits and veggies, red meat, lots of banannas, potatoes, raisin bran cereal, almonds, raisins, smoothie with the fruits and veggies with full fat milk etc
Supplements I am taking is fertile cm, vitafusion prenatal, extra folic acid, green tea and alka seltzer gold. My dh was taking a multi vitamin cetrums but i bought the fertiaid for men to support healthy sperm so we will drop the multivitamin then. What else can I do to raise my ph? It is at a standing still 4.5. Not sure if being on birth control would affect my cm and make it stay low. I plan on getting off next month as we are going ttc for a boy this time. I already have two beautiful girls, 5 and 3.
