    IT's not that it's bad exactly but that the strains you have resistant to the cream. You can try a different type of cream (I had some luck switching from Monistat to the other one) but it sounds like you have done that.

    What I think you should do is hit it once with the oral medicine then start in with the yogurt as a preventative, not as a cure. It will repopulate the area with good guys before the yeast manages to get going again. I often have good results with just yogurt as a cure but every once in a while a stubborn bunch comes along. Buy new panties and sleep "commando"

    I personally have had zero success cutting out sugar. It doesn't work for me at all. Try to eat garlic fresh 2x a week but be sure you cut this out about 36 weeks as it may be a bit of a blood thinner.
