I finally feel like I can let myself start enjoying it at least!! Funnily enough it's not DH that'll curtail my overspending - it'll have to be me LOL. DH would let me spend anything I wanted, yikes. He hasn't blinked an eye at the $300 I spent on maternity photo dress with matching newborn gown for newborn pics, or the $1k in photographer fees I've committed to, or the baby shower/bbq costs, or the almost $1k I've already spent on strollers/equipment/clothes (even though the clothes are all used!).
I think he'd let me spend us into a giant hole, it's been me that's been like whoa, okay I think that's too much sometimes lmao. Though I am trying to sell stuff to to balance it out.
I feel like there's a bit of pressure though, to make this girl baby all I dreamt it would be, so I have to try not to get too wrapped up in trying to make it "perfect" too. There's this weird pressure on social media to compete to have the 'perfect' pictures, parties, seasonal posed pics with outfits and sets and props, and I'm trying really hard not to get sucked into that.

Swaying Advice Coach
I was pretty good the first half of the pregnancy - just couldn't believe it was real. As the weeks went on and the progesterone ate away at my willpower - that all changed LOL!
