Hi a&jmummy. The Nakd bars Apple pie & Banana Bread are quite similar to the Lara bars. I got them in Tesco and Holland & Barrett.

I used the pregnacare conception his & hers double pack as it contained all of the male supplements that Atomic recommended apart from the fish oil and it was much easier to get DH to take two tablets (the fish oil being the other one) as I know he would have gone stubborn on me if I tried to get him to take any more than that.
I took the hers part along with the fish oil, epo, D3, wheatgrass & extra folic acid

No, it doesn't work that way, there are no magic foods that cause you to conceive a particular gender over the other. Cherry Pie Larabars are fabulous for blue and can be good for some pink sways where people have a hard time getting enough fat and protein.

I believe you can order Larabars online. TRek bars and naked nudie bars, I have seen mentioned as similar to Larabars in the UK and are available at Boots.

Pregnacare conception is great for TTC a boy.

Lara bars are great for TTC a boy. All flavors! I ate them all the time while swaying boy, even the cherry pie flavor, and I am holding my 5 month old baby boy right now.

I know you can order them from amazon, just not sure what the shipping cost would be. Or, do like Cinss said and make them.

thanxs ladies , i have tried making them and yes they a very tasty !! But not as simple as ripping open a packet !
But what i have found and wich i love are oats so simple bars (fruit&nut).
Finding it really hard to eat when i am not starving so just adding things in progressivly ! for example last week i started having breakfast (wich i never ever do ) this week breakfast and a morning snack ...but then i find i am not hungry and can't eat lunch !!
    any advice is very welcome

You don't have to eat a huge meal or giant snack. Just eat often so you don't feel hungry. I think I was eating every few hours, sometimes just a hand full of nuts or a hard boiled egg and some fruit.
