Hi Newbee - I'm only a beginner at this too. Your supplements sound good, but I think there are others you could consider. I don't feel like I could suggest, but some of the more experienced women definitely could. Are you able to buy a plan?

Newbee- here is a link to the supplements that I found! GenderDreaming Boy Sway Products - Mom Suggested Products I think these supps should help you with your cycle but you have to ask atomic just to be sure. The HE diet is mostly high nutrition. The HE diet and the IG Diet info are in the dream member section only. If you were to get the $12 membership I would definitely recommend it!! That's where I found most of my important info!!

I have a beautiful daughter already and I have 2 step daughters and I guess it is safe to say my husbands reproduces girls. We would like to try and conceive a boy and starting in october. Is there supplements or vitamins my husband or myself should be taking to increase sperm count and ph levels? I read douching is harmful? Inserting baking soda to increase PH how often do you need to do this and is it right before ovulation?
This is just a start if you have the time to help I would love it

This is the link GenderDreaming Boy Sway Products - Mom Suggested Products I'll PM you the link also. I believe you do the baking soda finger 3x a day the week of ovulation and 1 hour before each attempt. Atomic does not recommend using the baking soda finger because it can cause infections. She recommends using preseed which is safe!!

New ladies, you might find this link very useful. There is a lot of information on this website and it can be rather daunting but, sooo worth the read. I have been on other gender websites and this is by far the best and most supportive. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...ete-index.html

My gender dreaming success arrived safe July 2015. He is a complete dream come true and an absolutely beautiful little boy.
A huge thank you to Atomic for all her encouragement when I was up against things out of my control and ready to chuck it in. I can never thank you enough. Thank you also to all the other knowledgeable and ever supportive ladies that have helped and encouraged me. I truly believe my dream would not have come true without this site, my boy gender plan and the incredible love and support.
