Vitamin D dose

I started prenatal it have 10ug vitamin D(400iu) do before i was taking 1000iu of vitamin D.i m now taking half a tablet of my vitamin d tablet so i can add 500iu more vitMin D is that sounds fine or i hv to add more????

With D, it's ok to just aim for the ballpark - 900 is ok, even 1400 is not that bad esp. considering we are going to be headed into the fall/winter months soon and I recall you're in the UK where it tends to be overcast more often. I want people to avoid the superultramegadoses but anything in the vicinity of 1000 is just dandy.

Thnx alot atomic for replying n remembering m based in uk there is almost no sun here in most of months but when sun comes out of clouds v go mad for it
