I think it sways slightly blue, but if you need iron, you need it and LE Diet does not have much in that dept. It's imperative you ahve enough iron because the first and early second trimester, you may run out of iron stores.

If you are anemic or have a history of anemia, just had a chemical, have heavy periods or short cycles, or just feel really really tired and weak (you will prob. notice something is wrong) you should take 18-30 mg iron three times a week.

If you just had a miscarriage beyond the 6 week mark, you should take iron daily for 2-4 weeks and then switch to the 3x a week dose.

Sometimes iron is sold in the hundreds of mg. I don't like this type of iron supplement, it's badly absorbed (that's why it's sold in such high amounts) and it can make you super duper sick. It's best to get the lower dose iron, it's more expensive but is better absorbed and will not make you so sick.

30 mg 3 times a week, I believe to be safe to include in a pink sway.

None of these things are magic bullets, you can get boys while anemic

As I mentioned in your other thread, we are not trying to do everything in our power to get girls no matter what, we are trying to do what we can do while still maintaining good health and our ability to stay fully fertile and have a healthy pregnancy. It may very well be the case that if we were willing to accept spotty ovulation and a much higher rate of miscarriage, we could get slighlty better % chances for girls but I am not willing to accept that and neither should you be...because overall, more people will get their daughters if more people are able to conceive and have healthy pregnancies. Even if we could get 90% girls by starving ourselves and ovulating once a year, most people aren't going to conceive by doing that and will end up with no baby.

if you are questioning why you are low in those things and had boys, swaying can never be 100%, if it were the entire human race would have died out a long time ago. most of the time people have existed they lived on much poorer diets than we have today and continued to have boys and girls. These are things that may help and are in no way magic bullets that will work for everyone all the time (and even more reason why no one should risk their health or healthy pregnancy because even then there are no guarantees)
