Thank you all for your responses. I am relieved to have found this place! I have been reading and collecting bits of info for awhile, but I think I must have stumbled on a great place here! It will be helpful to have people to talk to through this whole thing!
Thanks for being so friendly:-)
I will use my fitness pal... but it doesn't track potassium does it? I was just going to ask it there was a nutrition tracker everyone prefered for keeping track of it all...
thanks again!

My Fitness Pal does track potassium and sodium but I'm not sure how accurate it always is. Just click on the nutrition option and then the list (as opposed to the graph) and all your nutrient data is there! 😊

MFP is terrible for potassium. I like self.com for potassium or you can look up each food indivudually.

Future mini me it really takes a while to ease into the diet....you will find you end up eating alot of the same foods and meals!! I think it takes about one month to fully get the hang of it all..
.
Why don't you join the lets track what we are eating Jan 2014 thread its great for ideas of what other girls are eating on le diet.
Also be careful not to go too low in calories etc at first unless you have alot of weight to lose!! I lost soo much weight the first month and I'm still here three months later with no weight to spare
Good luck xxxx

The reason to keep an eye on potassium is that it can be dangerous to get too little and it's challenging to get adequate potassium on LE Diet.
