    Iron

Will iron affect my sway? Doc says I'm iron deficient and has prescribed me 420mg per day which seems like a lot :/

if you need the iron becasue you are deficient, you MUST take the iron.

I personally prefer the easier-to-absorb iron pills that come in lower doses 18-30-60 mg such as Feosol. They are better absorbed and are much easier on the tummy than the irons that come in hundreds of mg (most of which your body cannot use and has to get rid of, with terrible effects to your system). they are more expensive, however.

What I would do is take the iron as prescribed (only I'd get the more expensive, easier to absorb type) for a month, then switch to 3x a week for maintenance. If, once you lower dose, you start feeling poorly again, you should then up the dose for another 2 weeks, then try to reduce, so on and so forth.
