Not sure where you're from keepthefaith. I got mine from Holland and Barrett in the UK, they are 500 mg of which I'm to take two before lunch and and two before dinner. I did feel a little sickly just after taking them until I'd eaten, but only for a few days.

yes it's made from the husks of shrimp (so no one with seafood allergies should use it)

My diet is already low in fat. Most of the days I barely eat 20%. I try to eat more product with fat, but is it still useful to take chitosan? Or is it better for me not to take it?

Juultje, you should not take fiber in that case and you might need more fat than that. Remember, eating more polyunsaturated plant fats sways pink so that may be best if you want to keep your sway strict while maintaining O. How many grams are you consuming daily?
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1
- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after removìng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I consume about 30 grams of fat daily. But I'm already trying to eat more fullfat cheese or some chocolate. I know I need to eat more fat, because I should have ovulated a week ago but that didn't happen.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
