    Weight loss - how important?

How strongly does weight loss sway relative to other factors? I eat loosely LE at the moment (no meat in a few months, lower fat than usual, chitosan, no breakfast) and workout 45-60 min 5 days a week. I've only lost 3 lbs in a couple months and do have weight to lose, ideally I'd love to lose 10 more. I plan to tighten up the diet and increase workouts to 60 min 6-7 days but am just curious at present where I stand in terms of my sway. Thanks!!

I don't think you need to loose much.
I swayed for six months. And lost a small six pounds. I gained every 2 ww. And lose it again before O.
    I lost a bit xtra before O (1pound) were i conceived.

I just found out I'm having a girl.

So I think the diet the excersice are the important factors and sway.
I was in a bad state when i got pg. Extremely tired and sore. Also i was weak and got infections a lot.

WE don't have the data to break it down to quite that level of detail. It may be that it's different for everyone, anyway. Someone with no weight to lose is going be at a different place physically than someone who has 50 lbs to spare.

Just to share my experience - with my 4th boy I lost a lot of weight (something like 30 lbs) but then the month I actually got pg, I was taking it off and regained 3 lbs right before I conceived (a little bit of an oopsie there). Then with DD, I had lost a TON of weight over the couple years prior going from 190 lbs when I had my 4th boy (part of this was baby, of course), to 126 lbs. I stayed at126 for several months. THen the month I conceived DD, I lost another 3 lbs.

from what I've observed on the site, I believe weight loss ALONE to be less reliable than diet for over 12 weeks and exercise. But all three togheter is a good sway.
