exercise :'-( the pain atomic or nuthinbutpink can you help
I brought myself a rowing machine and yesterday thought id do my hour plus I struggled to do it but pep talked myself once I hit 30 mins saying your in the boy zone and then kept going until I was in the girl zone limits I always did moderate exercise while ttc my boys as I wanted to be as healthy as possible only i've got problems with my knees so it hurt like crazy and after yesterdays rowing I pulled my shoulder an old injury and now i'm in agony
im not a small girl so wanted to go full pelt and lose as much weight along the way but looks like I may have to do the couch potato method do you ladies have better results from loads or couch potato methods ?

angel-pink - you don't have to do strenuous exercise to sway pink. Walking for an hour is great too! Couch potato gets good results, but personally I'm including exercise in my sway because the results are fantastic and I wasn't able to do the diet perfectly 24/7.
DS1 (2012)
Due 7/13/2015 ! Swayed pink and I am blessed to be with and (TWINS!)!

Rowing builds muscle. I would walk or run instead.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after removìng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Rowing is NOT moderate! Walk (or speed walk,) use the elliptical, jog or run if you're in shape and can keep that up for an hour, or bike. Even swimming is too hard for most of us to keep up for an hour.

I would start off with walking and then work your way up! i did the rowing machine a few times in my younger days and that is HARD!!!
Exercise gets best results and in your plan I recommend it for you.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
