extra calories for fertility pink sway

Can anyone share ideas on extra calories allowed on the atomic fertility pink diet. I feel like I am coming up short on calories. Is soda or candy allowed? Is it the same as the LE Diet quick fixes?
Thanks! I drink coconut water daily also.

NO, sweets/candy are NOT ALLOWED on the AFD. Too many empty carbs are bad for fertility and the AFD is a compromise version of LE Diet that is lower in empty carbs and thus better for fertility while still swaying pink.

Fruit, higher carb vegetables, coconut water is fine, rice (even tho technically this is empty carbs, something about rice has been shown to not affect fertility negatively like sugar/wheat does). Upping fat is among the best ways to get more cals on AFD.

These are ok on standard "crash and burn" type LE but not on the alternate diets.
