UK - Anyone swaying or previously swayed
Hi! I live in the UK and have started the LE DIET, waiting on my personalised plan but until then I wondered if anyone had any LE meal ideas with things I can easily purchase in UK? Really simple ideas please lol 😁. Currently eating tasteless rice cakes and watery light spread cheese with cucumber or tortilla wrap with cheese and onion, iceberg lettuce, cucumber and lighter than light Mayo which is only 10 calories per serving (Couldn't believe it when I saw that!). Don't want to give up before I've even begun lol Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm in the uk.
what you said you have started with is a good lunch, but if you have that all the time you will end up cheating the diet. Try toast and sugar free jam, small sweet potato with a small serving of baked beans or Philadelphia light and Salad.
Try and stick to your calorie limit and remember protein/ fat intake and you should be fine. My guilty pleasure is white chocolate as a treat to keep me going! Good luckDS1 2011 DS2 2013. Successful sway August 2015

Hey Im in the UK and been doing LE diet since 1st September. I am in quite a routine with it using myfitnesspal to stay within the limits. Here is what I had today
Breakfast - Just coffee
Lunch - Weightwatchers white danish bread slices x 2
lightest philadelphia spread
cucumber
weight watchers crisps
weight watchers peach yoghurt
(Spot a trend lol)
1/6 th of a Bakewell Tart
Can of diet coke
Dinner
Weightwatchers Cottage Pie
Light Morrisons Oven Chips 100g
Vegetables
Walls light ice cream/Meringue Nest
Diet Coke
Supper - 3 x ginger nuts
1 timeout
coffee
Totals Fat 40g
Protein 45g
Calories 1459
My totals are slightly higher than normal today because I had the Cottage Pie which obviously has meat in it. Most days I have no meat so totals are less.
Weight watchers for me has been a god send while trying to keep within the totals.
Other dinners I have been having are
* Baked potato, lightest flora, sprinkle of light cheese, savoury rice and salad.
Mushroom risotto (made with lightest philadelphia)
* Mushroom burgers, oven fries and salad
* Weightwatchers macaroni
*Weightwatchers meals are good as low in fat you just have to make sure leave yourself enough protein to last the day but I have managed it fairly easily few times.
Atomic says loudly that there are no magic foods so I eat within these limits but whatever DH and I fancy! Hope this helps!

I just wanted to jump in and say ladies that what you have just written the cheese spread and cucumber sandwiches, jam on toast, biscuits and chocolate are all exactly what I was living off of when I conceived my 3 girls in a row! This was before I found the site and looked into the HE/LE swaying and realised what I had been doing. I cut these things out and got 2 blues! So keep with what you are doing ok!!!

I have always been quite a light coffe and tea drinker, maybe one cup a day 5/7 tea/coffee, so my belief is definitely the lack of overall nutrition which was going that shifted me to a pink run!
