Thanks for your patience, I started to reply to this like 7 times and got interrupted every time.

Diet was great I personlaly don't think the sodium does anything at all and you may want to leave that part out.

I am no longer using cranberry or aspirin for DW because I don't think the benefits (slim to none) are worth the risks (considerable)

No cutoff but do stick with one attempt. We are getting great results with one attempt (altho as you mention 2 attempts also can yield a girl, one is best odds)

Neither jelly nor antihistamine seems to be getting much beyond 50-50 and I would prob. just skip them all together, but of course your callt o make.

Trying to sway pink question-

Is it better for my husband to abstain from releasing for 7-10 days and then for us to attempt one time when I get a positive ovulation test?
Or better to baby dance every 4 days?

30 yrs old, one DS.
We aren't taking any supplements.
My diet is the same as its always been .. just low everything of what I eat

At 30, I would start off with a stricter sway (so maybe abstain + one attempt) long before trying every 4 days. EVery 4 days is for people who do not have time to play around with a few BFN or who can't get pos OPK.

Yes, DH does not release at all with Abstain.
