THere are no no-no foods - the rule of thumb is when all things are equal, if you can pick an option with lower nutrients, then pick that option. But that doesn't mean you can't have more nutritious foods when you want them, provided that you were within limits overall.
This diet is a bit of a work in progress and when I was first starting off, people were SOO hung up on the magic foods idea that I almost had to make the diets more about the foods themselves than I would have liked to, simply because people wanted/expected it.!!! Be sure though, ladies, that you are getting ENOUGH fat. I sometimes see people who insist on doing fat-free everything who have tons of trouble getting enough fat and then stop ovulation. 25 g fat is the barest minimum, and you can go up as high as 60 g (not everyon will need to go this high)

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after removìng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
