I'm sure I can use eggwhite from any egg but which kind of eggs are the best to use for my attempt? Organic? Farm fresh (labeled as farm fresh from the supermarket)?

I don't recommend egg whites, they are not sanitary and are not specially designed to aid in sperm survival. I strongly recommend Preseed or Conceive Plus instead and we've gotten good results with that.
I really honestly don't know, but I seriously doubt there's much of a difference. Some people enjoy making swaying so ridiculously complex that it's next to impossible to get it right so that they are blameless when opposites happen and send people on wild goose chases for hard to find things when regular ones are perfectly fine and work just as well.!!! We used pre seed. Egg whites are pretty much the sample concept as pre seed except it is 10x safer! I couldn't do egg whites the thought of the types of infections I could get scared me. Especially in that area. I was worried if God forbid I used the egg whites and got an infection that it could impede my fertility.
