    Cervix dilating during O?

Okay ladies, I know my questions are getting weirder and weirder. My opk today at noon was almost positive. This evening it seems lighter and yesterday at 5:30pm it was just starting to get darker. This evening I'm having a lot of pain in my vagina and I've read that it could be my cervix dilating. That is the kind of pain it does feel like. Apparently this happens around ovulation time. Does anyone know if this means I'm about to ovulate or I am currently ovulating? I'm not sure if I caught my surge going down tonight or if my urine is just more diluted. Should I test tomorrow? It would have to be fmu because I'm in meetings all day and can't use an opk. Thanks!! Sorry, I know that's a lot of questions.

Yes, it's not super unusual to have a pain up the wazoo in the fertile window but there is no way to pin it down any closer than that.

I would be in with 3-5 attempts starting right away. Don't worry about the OPK any more, just start doing attempts.

Ok thanks. We dtd on cd 12 and then I got the almost positive the morning of cd 13 so we did last night and will again tonight and tomorrow just in case. Now that I'm back at work it's hard for us to dtd twice in one day. I read it's good to dtd the day before the positive opk. Is that true?

IT's good to be in with however many attempts you can feasibly have in fertile window. Days don't matter. Just go for it when you can.

Thanks. Dh's sperm count was low average before so too much is probably not good for us anyway. Hopefully we are ok. If I O'd when I think I did, then we dtd O-2, O-1, O, and O+1 with preseed and mucinex so hopefully that sperm was living long lives and my egg was healthy.
