He should avoid as much as possible, of things that may be harmful to sperm health and quality. High levels of alcohol, drugs, and especially SMOKING have been swaying pink for us. Taking lots of herbs and dietary supplements (like for weightlifting) has sometimes had a very harmful effect, even the ones that are supposed to raise testosterone, so he needs to avoid them.
He should try to avoid things like jogging, biking, tight fitting underwear, hot baths, saunas, and if he has to sit a lot at work or in the car he needs to get up and walk around every hour to avoid his "boys" from getting too hot. He should NOT ice his balls. that is not necessary at all - just because heat is harmful, cold does not magically resurrect dead sperm.
He should release (ejaculate) every 2-4 days starting as far in advance of when you plan to TTC as is feasible. This ensures a good supply of nice healthy sperm.

And just to reclarify -- that release should ideally be through unprotected sex, right?

This depends on what you want from your sway.
For a person who believes very strongly in timing nothing I say or do or believe is going to change their mind and I want their hubby releasing regardless.
But yes, in an ideal world where everything is getting done "atomic's way" then I like to see you guys having unprotected sex for boys since not only may it make DH make higher T and bigger batches of sperm, but also because regular exposure to your husband's semen may both improve overall fertility (swaying blue) and just generally sway blue in ways we don't totally understand as of yet.

There's a LOT of women on here who say the opposite! I think it's just hard to break what we know.

:-) I guess it's like shopping the sales rack. Your size seems to be the one hard to find.
PS: the overwhelming majority of women here are also TTC pink. Naturally follows more pink voices for any metric, really

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
