Thorne as prenatal
Would this be acceptable is a prenatal (if swaying blue)
Thorne Research, Basic Prenatal, 90 Veggie Caps - iHerb.com
or this Thorne Research, Basic Nutrients V, 180 Veggie Caps - iHerb.com
even though the basics nutrient isn't a prenatal it looks to be a little better balanced.
thoughts?
thank you

No, neither of those are good as both contain megadoses of nutrients that are not safe, may really mess up your cycle, and in the one, the Vit. C level is approaching high enough to induce miscarriage. (1000 mg used for inducing miscarriage, 850 mg in multi...tooo close for me!)

What if you take them up to conception then switch over to something with less nutrients?
or is that generally not recommend?
This is one I originally took and had baby girl Garden of Life, MyKind Organics, Prenatal Multi, Whole Food Multivitamin, 180 Vegan Tablets - iHerb.com but maybe i'll just take this one again.

No, you do not want to get pregnant and then suddenly get LESS nutrients!! Your body may decide that a pregnancy is not safe due to lack of nutrients and pull the plug on it. (I have no evidence this has ever happened, just that that is my concern.)
The Garden of Life have massive megadoses of nutrients and also a very wide array of herbs and spices, any of which may have swayed pink inadvertently (and peppermint is used as a pink sway tactic!!). I do not recommen you restart those. Just find some product that only has 100% DRV of everything except D which it's ok to get some extra of, and then without the added herbs in them.

Not for a boy you don't!!! We have 80% success rates with taking prenatals or other multivitamins for a boy.
That other garden of life has vitex in it. The one you were taking last time had peppermint. Both of these are herbs we use to sway pink.
I recommend just plain old Women's One A Day (not the prenatal, just the regular orange one). It's not as "cool" as the Garden of Life and similar brands are but it does have just 100% of most things, plus the extra Vit. D and no added herbs (plus it's cheaper!!)

I went with Pure Encap. Prenatal. it contains 400mcg FOLIC and 600mcg Metafolin® L-5-MTHF
And it does not contain mega dosages of nutrients.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
