Our sway wasn't super extreme.
I purchAsed a plan and pretty much followed most of it.
There are recommendations for timing and vitamins and certain weird supplements. I used a green supplement that I will post the name to once I remember what it was.
I gained about 10 lbs. Hubby is/was a cycler and I had him abstain from that.
He did continue to run a lot, but not more than 30 miles per week.
Neither of us was very good about lifting weights, although I have an athletic frame and just naturally carry muscle so I wasn't concerned about that. I was actually working out less than I did when I concieved my girls.
Im still in shock! Buy a plan and follow it! That's my advice

Forgot to address breastfeeding- I fully weaned her about 1 month before trying (she was about 16 months or so).
We had cut back quite a bit in previous months. Only nursing at night for about a month before I weaned her.
The green supplement I took was this:

Atomic okayed it, I researched it a lot and it didn't seem to have anything "bad" in it. I have a hard time eating healthy so I did this, and a lot of V8 NO SUGAR ADDED and no artificial sweetener fruit/veggie blends.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
