Baking Soda toothpaste and other questions.
Hi All,
Can someone help me with these questions?
Does Baking soda toothpaste help to sway? I got one with baking soda and peroxide. Is is ok to use? Anything that I need to know.
Can the lemon water be taken with salt. It's hard for me to drink just lemon water.
I recently found out that there is a Clearblue OPk (Comes in Purple Color)that tells you four fertile days. Flashing smiley means high fertility and solid smiley means Peak fertility. I have the Pink Clearblue OPK which only shows the smiley face. Does anyone have any experience with these?
Can I drink store bought orange juice? I am also drinking Coconut water.
Sorry for asking so many questions.
Thank you for all your help.

1)I doubt it does anything but if you like it, feel free.
2)How much salt? I'm not sold on the idea that anyone should ingest massive amounts of salt for a boy (like really, not at all!!) so I don't want you overdoing that, just a little sprinkle for palatability should be ok. Or if you prefer just have plain water instead and eat an extra piece of fruit a day
3)I personally think they cause more confusion than they alleviate (because you can get more than 2 days of high and in fact that seems to happen more often than not, and you can also just go straight to peak without ANY high readings!!) But they can be helpful for blue sways when they work right!
4)Sure you can drink store OJ. Drank tons of that when I got my boys!!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Thank you Atomic for being so prompt as always. I have learnt so much by reading your responses here.
I was thinking of using the BS toothpaste thinking that it may help with Ewcm.
Just 1/4 tsp of salt only to change the taste a little as my throat hurts if I drink plain lemon water.
May I also ask how it (OPK)helps with the blue sway? I have 28-29 day cycle and I am thinking of getting this one too with the pink one.
Once again a big thanks for all your help.

i understand why you were planning to use it, but think of it this way - how on earth could some toothpaste that you don't even swallow be powerful enough to go through your whole body to affect your CM??? I know they say it does on "the other site" but it simply defies logic and biology that it works. So, it's fine if you want to use it, but I would not rely on that to sway.
1/4 teaspoon of salt could add up to a lot over a day. I'd honestly just have you drink normal water and juice.
Having the "warning" of high readings before peak makes it a little easier to be in with 3-5 attempts in the fertile window which has really worked for us.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!
