Thanks, Atomic! Is there a certain amount of time I should limit the yard work to? Like weight lifting you say 45 minutes, should I try not to go over that with yard work or is it okay to continue going at if for multiple hours every other day? I have sooooo many flower beds!

Use your judgement there - if you're doing lighter work and stop to eat when need be you can go longer than 45.
I got my 3rd boy when working 4+ hours a day doing pretty heavy work in a dog kennel so I know it's possible! But I stopped and had snacks when hungry, it wasn't consistent intense cardio, etc.!!! Questions?? Check out the NEW and improved Complete Index !!!

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
