    Sure thanks so much atomic.

Yes! All full fat dairy is animal fat! (butter, full fat milk, cheese)

cheese and almonds - I got 2 of my boys eating these every day

I like you guys to keep chia seeds to 2-3 days a week. I worry that some of the effects of the chia could potentially sway pink in large amounts. 2-3 servings a week is best.

Sounds great but at the same time I read other ladies saying calcium meaning milk sways pink.. I hope not as for both my girls I didnt drink milk. So I guess no harm trying.

I think I shall stay away from chia seeds. I cant take chances as this will be my last attempt.

Yes, that's an old theory that some people still believe in. But the best designed study ever done on preconception diet and gender conceived showed that ALL nutrients swayed blue, and the women who had the most boys were eating the most calcium and magnesium.

Personally, I drank and ate gobs of dairy when I got my boys and gave it all up to get my girl. With my last two boys I was also taking high doses of calcium and still got boys.

If you can't bring yourself to drink/eat dairy that's ok, get animal fats from butter/ghee (this has no calcium in it and thus cannot sway pink due to calcium!), lard, fatty meat, and saturated plant fat like coconut oil.

Totally up to you if you want to do that!

I do want to warn you, though (and sorry if I already did LOL) but do NOT replace dairy with things like soy milk, almond milk, rice milk, and so on. We saw that the people who were drinking the most milk replacers were getting a lot of blue sway opposites and so if you don't want to drink dairy (or at least not much dairy) that's up to you, just don't then load up on rice and almond milk instead.
