It is looking really good to me, and I like that you're eating soon after every time you have a snack without a lot of protein. While the rule is "protein and carbs at every meal and snack" as long as you have food coming in regularlly (or juice, anything with cals) you will never have a blood sugar drop and it will be all good!

Sending you tons of blue dust!

I also want to try that diet but i don't know how well can i eat during work and whatever else. Can i replace some proteins (like 30%) with fitness & sport nutrition? It will definitely make my life easier so i don't need to make many meals. I don't need much to cook and some protein shake with high carb bakery should seal the deal.

I wouldn't because the kinds of protein in them are not as good as real foods.

There are lots of other options out there for quick meals on the go that don't rely on whey and soy protein.

It is looking very good, but I am a little worried it seems very low in fat. Do you know about how much fat you are getting?

Err nope. Any suggestions on what kind of fats you need me to add on? Fat in terms of?
Sorry if it sounds like a silly question.

    Hi Atomic

I was hoping you could advise - sorry for the double post!
I had a miscarriage at 12 weeks in September, 2 months until HcG finally dropped and got AF. Then TTC last month and had a chemical at 4.5 weeks (bleeding stopping now). We REALLY want to sway blue. I'm using OPKs, BBT and CM monitoring and applying your timing method. Can you advise on my sway?
Before this chemical, I have been eating a LOAD of cereal (grapenuts or fruit and fibre, whole milk or 2% or oat milk, and stevia), green tea, dark chocolate, about half to whole avocado a week, sweet potatoes (i hate normal potatoes), roast ham, humus, chicken, at least a banana a day, aout 3-4 green juices a week. I was taking a standard antenatal vitamin with 200 mg folic acid. I have since last week, intensified my sway: added in more cereal, more whole milk, v8, quinoa and veg with humus and roast ham for lunch, dark chocolate (by the bucket load - about 80 grams a day of 85%), chicory drink (trying to cut out coffee), green tea, 5 eggs a week, half an avo - 1 avo a week, pink lady apples, blueberries and raspberries (about 1 punnet a week), tangerines, lemon water.

I have started spinning 2-4 times a week (wiht high resistance to build muscles) and a bit of barre and lifting weights a bit at home.

supplements: I have started taking (since last week) (a) myo-inositol with 200 mg folate (b) 1200 mg omega 3 (c) vitamin d 3000 (I am deficient) (d) ubiquinol 200 mg per day (e) NHP marilyn glenville fertility support with 400 mg of folacin included.

I have started adding nutritional yeast in also - its so so cold here (IN THE UK!) tha tI am having loads of hot drinks and soups.

I would LOVE twin boys. We have a daughter (1 year old) and are desparate not to wait too long as I am nearly 35, and we have had 2 miscarriages, so we dont want to hold off at the risk i have a few more miscarriages to go and it holds up the process...we have been waiting since last summer

however, we really want to get this as right as possible. my cycles are usually 33-35 days long and i usually ovulate on day 21. is this enough time to improve my sway (if it needs improving?)

An example of what I eat in a day:

    1. wake 5 am - have cereal, decaf coffee with oat milk or full fat milk or chicory roast decaf with full fat milk. sometimes handful of nuts /cereal for my commute.
I then have an americano - i have reduced this to only 1 per day (2 shots) with full fat milk.
6 am porridge with full fat milk, mashed banana
10 am - snack - apple with nuts / dates and almonds (someitmes a green smoothie)
lemon in my water bottle all day
12 pm lunch - quinoa with broadbeans , kidney beans and black beans, 1/4 avocado, roast ham or 3 eggs
2 pm - snack: apple / clementine/ some almonds / dark chocolate (85% - i have about 100 grams a day.. is this too much?) sweet and salt mix popcorn

4 pm : some corn cakes and peanut butter with my toddler
    put baby to bed
6 pm - more cereal (fruit and fibre with stevia and full fat milk) / eggs and veggies or chicken stew with sweet potato and veggies. tomato juice 1-2 glasses per day.

i also have been having coconut water throughout the day

any help would be greatly appreciated. I struggle with the weight gain I have gone up what feels like a lot (darent go on scales!) so I am keen to try asap, especially as we have had two miscarriages. howeer, i dont want to try too early if my sway is not good enough.

    thank you for reading.

Animal fats are best, like the fat found in animal meat, full fat dairy, eggs, salmon/tuna, lard, butter, ghee are all good. Second best is very healthy fats like those in olive oil, coconut oil, and palm KERNEL oil (not palm oil or palm fruit oil), avocado, and nuts (not peanuts, walnuts and almonds are best). Avoid things like soy oil, shortening, margarine, corn oil, canola/rapeseed, and flaxseed oil.
