    Anyone lose too much weight?

I am now 2 lbs under weight, and it isn't on purpose. The diet is pretty much second nature to me and I have also stopped eating gluten which I think is taking the weight off as well. Do i try to put on a few lbs?

I had the same questions, but did not get any answer. I saw somebody here concieved her daughter with a BMI of 17.4.; That is underweight. I think as long as you are still ovulating you are ok.

My Bmi is 17.21 at the moment so Im underweight and just got my BFP. I think if it goes on too long you may stop ovulating so id try and hold steady if i were you - I started out at 7 stone and literally had 2lb to loose but after 12 weeks on the diet lost 6lb and was scared to put it back on so increased calories until i helfd steady at 6.5 stone. Now i have my BFP im eating for england and will be back to 7 stone probably by the weekend at this rate !!! ha ha

The problem is I think that I am so used to this diet, it is i like I don't know how to eat like a normal person anymore if that makes sense. If I want to hold steady at this weight what do you suggest I eat for some girl friendly calories.

I'm finding it hard to get enough calories too but have found that raiding my son's Halloween stash is helping Chupachup lolly pops, skittles, boiled sweets etc seem to be pure sugar with nothing of any value. I think AS mentioned lemonade and coke as other girl friendly options.

I'd like to see you stay between 18.5 and 20 BMI, so I would at the very least have you relax and hold steady even if you have to eat a lot more to do it.

Eat any vegetarian option that you like. If you're losing that quickly and are having issues with food, you need to relax on diet and just "eat for England" like Mum23 said.

Also keep in mind that if you do end up going IVF you'll need to be fit as a fiddle so at the least stay in normal BMI range if you can.

I guess I'm a classic 'foodie' boy mom because I just can't get how anyone has a hard time eating enough! LOL!!

I admit it IS difficult sometimes to get enough calories without going over on protein. But gosh, desserts quite easily make up the calories pretty darned quick, and frozen yogurt/candy have pretty low protein, if any. My cake/icecream third meal everyday ends up at 500 cals (or more! LOL!) and pretty darned enjoyable.

I wish I could eat your calories for you, LMAO!!!
