How bad is tea for my sway and i am running out of weight to lose, what do i do now?
My question is two fold.
First, I am an avid drinker of mate tea, how does this affect my chances of getting a girl? Its technically not a tea, so cell it doesn't come from the tea plant, but it is an alkaline drink.
Does stevia extract do anything?
And the other big part of my question is about weight loss. I have been losing weight for months now on a low nutrient diet. I have lost all of my baby weight from ds2 and then some. I am only 3 lbs from my goal weight and I don't think I can safely lose much more than that. I am 5' 10" and I am aiming for 135 lbs. Dh just recently agreed to another baby, am I am torn between jump in right now to take advantage of my 9+ months of dieting and losing weight.....or waiting a few months and doing a more proper sway but then I won't have any more weight to lose.

WE don't know. The acid/alkaline diet has been debunked, but some people like to try to follow it anyway to some extent. If you got boys while drinking it, it may be a good idea to stop. It does have antioxidants and nutrients in it.
Stevia is said to sway blue; again, I'm not totally sold and we don't have the quality of data for me to say.
Aside from the swaying aspects of the above herbs, there is also a safety factor to consider when TTC. The Mate is widely drunk and is prob. ok but the Stevia has really not been used by large numbers of pg women in the large doses that are now available.
If you have been dieting for 9 months I would go for it. At 5-10, you really have very little leeway with weight loss - the taller you are, the quicker you'll drop weight and you don't want to risk your ovulation.

I was drinking green tea when I got my boys....I only switched to /discovered mate tea about three months ago. I credit it for my last ten+ pounds of weight loss. I'll do my best to stop though just in case.
I have lost 42 lbs in the past 9 months.....does that sound like enough?
Thank you so much for your expertise

How many days should I aim for a cut off? I am flying out of town the day before O, so O+12 is out this month.

That is plenty of weight loss!! I don't think timing sways, I would have one attempt as soon as possible before you leave so you have a chance of conception.

Thanks ladies. I have dh doing frequent release (twice a day) and will try and have our attempt on Monday night, which would be a three day cut off.
