Hi ladies, I've been on LE for over 6 months now, I'm pretty sure I need to start adding vits or supps but I can't remember what, can you help? Xx

supplements - zinc 8-15 mg 3x a week, iodine supps 150 IU a day (unless you have thyroid problems in which case you need to ask your doctor first), if you aren't having dairy/eggs and never cheat on meat, lowest dose B12 you can find 1 or 2 days per week.

if you have very heavy periods or history of anemia, 18-60 mg iron 3x a week

If you never go into the sun or have dark skin, or if it's been winter, add in 1000 IU vit. D 1-2 days a week

I would also have you change your diet a bit, add in one serv. full fat dairy a day, 4-6 eggs a week, and 1 serv. salmon or red meat a week
