Your T4 is low but your TSH is in the normal range. Did your doctor test your Free T3 (Triiodothyronine)? Because s/he should have. That test is very important. Are you taking Iodine? If you're taking iodine to make your TSH be at this level, I'd personally suggest that you switch to a very low dose of levothyroxine (like 25mcg) to even out your T4 without effecting your TSH much. Typically, your TSH can go a little higher (up to 0.3) and still be in the normal range. I say "typically" because everyone responds differently and your "normal" is not necessarily the same as my "normal."

Your vit D is super low. You should definitely take that!!

T3 is a hormone that your thyroid makes, similar to T4. Your body is supposed to convert T4 into T3, as T3 is the hormone your body can actually use to maintain your metabolism and energy level. Are you experiencing any symptoms: hair loss, weight gain, dry skin, etc? It can also effect your menstrual cycles and make them longer and your periods heavier. You could go to an endocrinologist to get your levels checked out, just to be on the safe side.

(All of my info is based on my 20 years of personally struggling with, and trying to moderate, hypothyroidism)

Thank you for the information. I will ask her to check next time but I don't have any of those symptoms, thankfully.
