    Try Next Week for the 1st time?

    I will have been on the girl diet for 10.5 weeks when I ovulate next week Wednesday. Our original plan was to try for the first time when I ovulate deep into April but my ovulation is now being pushed into the next month. Should we go for it with only 10.5 weeks or wait until going into May for a total of 15 weeks on the diet for the best shot? Getting excited!!

    How strict have you been on the diet, what's your BMI, have you been doing exercise? Are you just doing one attempt at positive OPK or anything else like a cut iff or rephresh? Are you on any meds or supps beyond folic?

    My Ovulation Chart     currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

    TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

    Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
    Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

    Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
    My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
    Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

    Very strict! BMI now down to 25.3 from 26.9. Couch potato, one attempt at + OPK according to Atomic, just folic.

    I'd go for more time on the diet then, if you think you can keep going. Great job with the weight loss!

    I would go for it. 10.5 weeks is quite a lot and you may not even get pg this first month.

    It happens sometimes, does not necessarily mean that you're about to ovulate though - remember, any time you get a burst of estrogen (which can sometime happen at various points of the cycle) you can see EWCM but doesnt' necessarily mean you're Oing.
