LE diet news?!
Hey- girls on the LE diet- I just came across this article that could prove helpful! Has to do with rice being less caloric if cooked ahead of time and adding fat to make it more digestible... interesting read. I know I did a ton of rice cakes when I was on the LE diet... but I would have tried this for sure!
