As always, it's totally your call to make, I just have seen quite a lot of women (mostly back on IG, which is why I advise the things I advise) expend precious months and years on sway tactics only to end up leaving the table with no baby and thousands of dollars spent to fertility clinics because they goofed around so long swaying that they were unable to get pregnant in the end. I think back to the days when they were 37-38-39 and doing tons of douching and O+12 (or even waiting X number of months on diet) and I just wish that someone had lit a bit of a fire under their butts to hurry up, KWIM???
I do. I've seen a few people in here saying the same too.... I am fine tuning my sway plan too - I sent you a msg; I forgot to add fibre and I can't remember if I added cardio but I think I can add that too.
