You can have either 2 or 3 meals, whatever works for you.
???going 7 hours without food is nothing. Most of us are going 12-16 hours (overnight) are you asking about during the day?
All you need to do is just push back the time of day when you're eating breakfast. If you're already waking up at 6 and not eating till 1, that is more than enough and you do not need to do any more than that. If you're eating breakfast at 6, then just try to push it back a little, like till 9 or 10 or so.

You can, but you'd have sex again on O day so you'd be covered if everything had died off.
Most people push it a little closer - O-3 and then again on O day. Up to you though

Well, im now in the 2ww. O'd this morning but dtd last night so it was almost 4 days from our last bd (12 hours under).
Hope ive done enough, i was missing breakfast until around 11am-1pm and i wouldnt eat dinner past 5pm so i was going ages without food.
I did eat alot of yogurt at the beginning of the month and i did take cal+mag but stoppped it about 2 weeks ago.
Ive stuck to 1500-1800 cals a day (with a few treat days)
jumped and dumped after last nights bd.
Continued to drink cranberry simply because i suffer from UTIs
Breastfeeding my 23 month old still
No exercise at all
lots of refined carbs with some fats from low fat cheeses and milk
Oh and ive had a strict vegetarian diet for about 8 weeks (maybe more) although ive eaten fish on rare occasions.
Hoping this is a good enough sway, although i havent lost any weight so im not sure

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
