eating vegan and B12
I've decided to go vegan for the LE diet since dairy doesn't really agree with me and I don't like eggs, meat is just okay but I can do without. I'm also gluten free (celiac).
My question is, should I be taking a b12 vitamin since vegans tend to not get it from diet or would this sway blue? I was taking a b12 supplement when I conceived DS2 but I was also eating a boy friendly diet as well.

When you eat vegan( I am) you NEED to supplement with B12! Or else eat stuff that is fortified with it....

but it takes YEARS for most people to get deficient in B12.
If you are really going to COMPLETELY go vegan than yes, you could add in the absolute lowest B12 supplement you can get your hands on only 2x a week.

Ok, thank you! I think I may just eat vegetarian then but only have small amounts of dairy. I realized the other day I wasn't getting enough calcium.

Well, you probably WON'T get enough calcium on LE Diet but it is ok for a few months because your body has good stores of it.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
