Dropping Weights & Starting Cardio
Okay, this is kind of a spin-off of a previous question I had. I'm starting the diet lightly now, but hardcore mid-June. I'm planning to TTC in mid to late August (depending on how much ovulation changes). I know I should drop weights in May, but should I do that at the beginning or end of May? Also, should I start 60-70 mins of cardio now? I do about 30-40 minutes on the elliptical (high-intensity) right now, so should I continue with that or just ramp it up now?
I'm 5'4 and 117, so I'm concerned about losing too much weight too fast and stopping ovulation. Hope that all makes sense. Advice, ladies? Thank you!!

I'd drop weights ASAP but hold off on the longer time on cardio for a few more weeks. Don't want you to lose too much too quickly.

If you are losing a bit of weight or holding steady at a lower than normal weight while eating a lower protein diet, mod. exercise is very unlikely to sway blue, especilly since you are not even TTC right now.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
