Your tsh levels can fluctuate too if you have hashimotos (testing for tpo antibodies). What were your tsh levels, if they were high then the dr would increase your thyroid meds not decrease. My endo likes to see my tsh levels @1-2 since I am ttc.

Hi all, popping in to introduce myself! My name is Caz,
after months of failed attempts to get pregnant my husband and I sort out private fertility treatment.
If everything is ok with my hubby on Tuesday, on Friday I take provea (hope I spelt correctly) to induce a period then start clomid on cd2.
I had a internal scan in friday, showed thin womb lining and no sign of ovulating, yesterday Evening I had a bleed now today it's spotting, the nurse was not at all rough.
I have no idea what's going on with my body, all sorts of things have been running through my mind. I don't think it's my af as I don't have all the usual symptoms other than stomach cramps that I have had on and off since I lost my temper on Wednesday, which I don't normally get when af is due, and I have not been getting my af til after cd50, I don't think it can be a break through bleed as it was only Friday they said no sign of o.
I did have symptoms of o over the new year so I'm thinking could it be implantation bleed but then nurse said lining was too thin? Miscarriage?thinking unlikely as if I did o over new year would have only be 8dpo, smear test 2 weeks ago came back clear for anything else.
Anyway is there any advice you ladies can give me would greatly be appreciated!
Will this bleed delay anything? Is there anything I can do to increase the chance of clomid working 1st time around? Is there anything else I need to know about?
I'm so nervous?

Sounds like breakthrough bleeding to me.
My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

Beautiful rainbow I answered your question in the other thread you asked it in.
There are things to do to increase odds of conception on Clomid, but many of them sway blue so I would give it a month without doing those things so you are in with a good chance of a girl. It very well may be that all you NEED to do to improve odds of conception IS the Clomid so I hesitate to have you add 700 things to up odds of conception, since 699 of them sway blue.!!! Questions??
