Lr or ole? Help my dh sway lol

Are they used for same thing?
Dh is 38, healthy, good weight. Prego 1st try for 4 boys . I worry about side effects for lr, does ole have the same?
Which do you think will sway better in this case?
I do not eat meat haven't my whole life but do eat salmon maybe 1x a month. Not now of course. I am just a major snacker so cutting that off but I have had a girl w diff. Partner so of course I blame it on dh. He needs to sway something lol.

My DH took it for months. Took the capsules (I heard liquid is better?) I think he took 500mg. We got a girl

OLE is a comparatively newer supp, so there is a lot less info on how it might work and any known side effects. The main issue that has come up so far with OLE is lowering blood pressure, but it is likely there are others that are rarer and haven't shown up yet. We used OLE as none of the other DH options seemed worth the associated risks. He used the liquid, which tastes vile, and only took it every other day since his blood pressure runs low anyway. We got a girl as well.

Does he take af- o like lr? You thought these risks were less than lr, are only risks so far blood pressure?

No, he took it continuously since it works (we speculate, don't know for certain) on sperm as they are forming, roughly a 90 day period. So far low blood pressure is the main issue we've seen with OLE vs possible irregular heart rythm, liver issues etc. with LR.

So even taking lr for only 2 weeks you think has more issues than taking supp daily for 90 days? Atomic?
OK think I'll just have to stick to lowering ph and not testosterone. Maybe some peppermint tea?

Sorry to jump in here but just wondering if we are hoping to have our first attempt mid August (around 12th/13th) should I put DH on OLE now AND on LR when I get my AF before we try? Or is that too much?

I don't know about them together but sounds scary but she does have a post obout lr and supposed to start that on month of first try af-o because you don't want them on it any longer than necessary. I have searching searching for post like that about ole.
