    Why is fate against me :sad:

    I don't think I'm ment to have a forth child been having problems since I started swaying, I'm on cd 105 with still no sign of af arriving, was hoping to bd on July 18th but that doesn't look like it's going to happen. Doc did a referral for a scan to check my overies a while ago now I phoned them to check up the dates just under 2 weeks ago and I discovered that the referral had not been signed by the doc so was refused and sent back doc agreed to fax a new one over but I'm still waiting I have completely lost hope in having a little girl, so sad!

    Tell me more about what is going on. Diet, supplements??? Is this an ongoing issue or?

    I know you have talked about it in different threads but it is hard for me to keep everyhting straight so just give me a short writeup and I can help.

    Thanks atomic for reply started new thread as I think the other thread was a little while ago!
    Now only taking cranberry,calcium,mag and folic acid.
    I skip breakfast but that's not new I have been doing that fo 8 years.
    I'm prob eating about 1000 calories a day some days more I have not lost any weight in 4 weeks.
    I have been eating things like
    Broccoli, white rice, eggs,toast cottage cheese, yogurt cranberrys, salad cucumbers, strawberries and raspberries smoothies, chicken and lamb, wraps (cheat days in last 4 weeks: pizza, chips mixed grill (pork,gammon, sausage mushrooms onion rings) a little alcohol on 2 girls nights out I have had since xmas)
    I don't understand why my af still has not returned?

    That's maybe your answer - *nobody* should be eating as little as 1000 calories. It really should be nearer 1400, with maybe 1200 absolute minimum (minimum needed for a basic body function) but only every once in a while. Please try to up your calories a little, hoping that'll put everything back on track x

    Haven't really checked the calories could have eaten more cuz as I said I have not lost any weight in 4 weeks. on my charts it looks like my body has tried ovulating and failed 3 times, if I wasn't getting enough calories my body wouldn't even try ovulating would it?

    Was your af always irregular or only since swaying? How long have you been on diet/ weight loss? Hope they get it sorted out. Have you tried vitex?
