    Cardio question!

    Somewhat of a weird question. I've been doing 6-7 days of cardio a week, always on the elliptical, but I'm going out of town for 5 days and won't have access to one. If I do brisk walking for an hour instead, will that hurt my sway since my body is used to doing the more intense cardio? My first attempt will be this month, so not wanting to hurt anything!
