Best Swaying Method
I'm TTC in November or December. What's the best way to better your chances along with swaying for a girl. I started to change my diet. Drinking crystal lite only. I've read lime douche betters your chances with girls, but the diva cup betters your chances getting pregnant. Any advice would be great.

Diet longer than 12 weeks, 60 min. exercise 6-7 days a week, one attempt in fertile window, Clomid if you can get it.
I think I answered your q about lime in a diff. thread. Diva cup I would avoid

You can use a diva cup to aid in conception, usually you'd insert it after dtd before getting up, and it holds everything up against your cervix. I used a disposable version (instead softcups) when I got pg with ds2. Everything I've read about it says it sways boy if at all, because it's kind of like an anti j&d

it doesn't work for either pink or blue tho because many people lose so much semen just trying to put the things in and once it's inserted, it literally seals the cervix SHUT meaning any sperm still in the VJ can't get in.
Please just lay flat for 15-30 min after intercourse, it does the same thing only better. If you have a tilted uterus you may want to try laying on stomach. (laying flat longer than 5 min may sway blue tho)

Most current girl swayers here on Gender Dreaming are doing:
* LE diet for at least 12 weeks before attempt which is 1500-1800 calories, 40-50g protein, and 30-60g fat a day.
* Skipping breakfast.
* No snacking.
* Fiber supplement with meals.
* 60 minutes of cardio daily OR nothing at all.
* 1 attempt in fertile window (by BD every 4 days OR by BD once at +opk)
* Folic acid or folate only.
* Clomid if you can get it.
* Alcohol and caffeine daily.
* Olive leaf extract for DH.
* Licorice root for DH (only if under 35 years old with no blood pressure issues).
Most have stopped doing antihistamines, Rephresh/Replens/Sylk, jump and dump, PH stuff, saw palmetto, and even vitex as they don't seem to sway much and only make conception harder.

July 2016: Laproscopic surgery to remove a ping pong ball sized endometrioma on left ovary and 3 pea size fibroids on outside of uterus. Hysteroscopy to remove one larger "penetrating fibroid" inside uterus.
Oct 2016: Heartbroken after DH's vasectomy. Looks like my dreams of a daughter are gone.

I see that Atomic suggested clomid, but I can't seem to find a post explaining why? Could some copy the link or even explain the benefits is has in a pink sway!

We don't totally know why it sways pink, the original reasons we guessed as to why it was, do not seem to be quite accurate. But it has been shown to in studies and we have gotten good results with it.

Does drinking coffee/ peopermint tea/ crystal light/ diet coke in between the meals considered as snacking or is it good to sway pink?

if it's unsweetened or artificially sweetened we believe it to be ok between meals.
If it has sugar, cals, or more than 5-10 calories best to have with a meal.
