Help with bding😕
Hi
I m new here and trying to sink in all information. I m going to try next month and not sure when to bd. so on first positive O even if its dull lines?
Should i abstain b4 dtd for 10 days or doing daily in condom and on +O i should dtd once?
Please help me out. I m all confused.
How dtd every 4 days going to sway pink?
So i guess the most impor thing is diet?not timing
What else should i do?
Can i take metmorphine to lower my sugars?its a diabetic medi to lower sugars

Almost all the girls here are doing either every 4th day or a single attempt at positive opk. Both of those will get you a single attempt in your fertile window, which seems to be the strongest pink tactic. The frequency of release for your hubby doesn't seem to matter, so it is up to you if you would rather use condoms on the other times or abstain. The important thing is that single unprotected attempt either at pos opk or on the 4 day rhythm.
If you're using opk's, you want to wait for a true positive. I know I get two lines every day of the month, but it's not a positive unless the test line is as dark as, or darker than, the control line.
Diet for 12 weeks (6 minimum if you have no weight to lose -- bmi 18.5 or lower-) and exercise for an hour a day 6 days a week for 6 weeks before your attempt is getting the best results.
Don't take anything to lower your blood sugar. That's dangerous.

You can dtd every day if you want or in any other pattern, the important part is just the unprotected attempt every 4th day. So you could dtd on the 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th , 10th, and twice on the 11th as long as it's unprotected on the 3rd, 7th and for one attempt on the 11th. You don't even have to do opk's with the e4d method, you just dtd in that pattern and test when you think you're late. It keeps a lot of the obsessing and stressing at bay.
Timing doesn't sway. The positive opk actually occurs about 2 days before o anyway. I got both my boys dtd a day or two after pos opk.

I really sppreciate your help i hope you get ur girl too. U made it pretty simple for me. Is it gonna increase his sperm count ?
Positive opk is when u get two line even if they are light?which happens two days before O right?

Haha, I've become so obsessive about learning all this stuff that I'll probably get 4 more boys.
I can't answer as to sperm count, I haven't really read too much into it.
Not necessarily. I get two lines all month and they just get dark when I O. It depends on your hormone levels. Technically a positive is when the test line is as dark as (or darker than) the control line. And that just means you are having your LH surge. Most women have their surge 12-24 hours before ovulating. Some women it's longer. Others it's shorter.

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
