Medication won't screw up your attempt. If you're sick, take something to help. Being sick may help sway pink.

    Are you diabetic?

Don't check your sugar if you aren't diabetic. Those numbers are actually pretty typical. 3.9-5 is normal for fasting and 6.6 2 hours after eating is actually a bit high since a normal post-meal test would be 5.5. Low fasting is closer to 3. There is no number we are aiming for, however and no guarantee that low blood sugar is actually what is swaying, so testing is 100% not necessary if you're not diabetic and adds extra stress. Please look up the index for swaying on here and re-read it. I'm not sure you're quite getting the idea of swaying based on some of your posts.

Being sick may sway pink, hope you are feelin better soon.

I do not want anyone to be testing their blood sugar. We don't even know if it's actual low levels of blood sugar that sway (and if so, how low they are supposed to be) and I think it just gives people something to obsess over. Just do the diet and it is working for people.

You MUST NOT take metformin if you do not have blood sugar issues.

Low calorie diet??? Please tell me what this means. Low Everything diet is NOT A STARVATION DIET and I need to know what you are eating and how much.

I do not want any woman to take Sudafed ever and never ever with cranberry and SP. This is very important as these things taken together may cause you to have a stroke.

Anyone feeling faint needs to eat more.
