Polaramine?
Hi all. Sorry if this has been posted somewhere already but I was just wondering if polaramine can help to sway girl? If so, how often would you need to take it? Just once on the day you BD? Thanks in advance.

2019. My longed-for baby girl (DD2) arrived into the world safe and sound on 13th June 2019 . We named her Lucia Anna Catalina. I still can't believe she is here and often have to pinch myself. I am one VERY blessed Mumma. She also has a dimple like her big sister.

On paper all antihistamines should sway pink.
That having been said, our results with antihistamines have been only about the overall rates of the site (meaning if they're doing anything, it ain't much ) and it has seemed to really cut odds of conception, so I would probably leave it out in your case simply becuase time is not our friend and we need for you to focus on the things that really work, instead of lowering chances of pregnancy for something that doesn't.

Thanks Atomic. I won't take it then. I just worry I won't be doing enough with what I will be doing. Which is: 2000mcg folic acid, Coq10 ubiquinol, prenatal 3 X per week, BD every 3 or 4 days with condoms and one attempt without condom at pos OPK. Other than that, I continue with walking daily for an hour and not eating a huge amount? The only thing I'm a bit stuck on is my diet. Normally at the moment I might have a cup of tea and one piece of toast for breakfast (or just a cup of tea and toast later on in morning), piece of fruit, sandwich for lunch, cup of tea or milo and biscuit or two for afternoon tea and then dinner. We might eat red meat once a week (twice at the most), pasta once a week, a rice dish once a week, mainly chicken for meat. I tend to not eat as much this time of the year when it's warmer. Plus I have a sweet tooth and do like lollies/candy and chocolate. Is there anything you can suggest about my diet Hun? Thanks in advance. Xx

We are working on a limited time frame though. We don't have the time to mess around with things that are getting the equal success rates to the site as a whole anyway - these things are not adding anything and they all cut odds of conception.
Exercise, diet longer than 12 weeks, and one attempt are the only things that really seem to be doing anything consistent. I know it's counterintuitive but simple has proven best.
I prefer to work off totals for the day, I can't be sure you're getting enough. YOu may do better on a lower carb diet due to being over 40 and you can find those here. http://genderdreaming.com/forum/gend...rt-3-pcos.html

Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
