Feeling ill from too much aspartame???
Is it possible to feel ill from too much too soon aspartame? I have suddenly started having 2-3 diet sodas a day plus some equal sweetened raspberry muffin. Could that be what is making me feel so ill?

What kind of ill? Nausea or a headache or what? Yes it is possible, headaches especially are not uncommon. I suggest dropping or greatly reducing aspartame consumption, especially as it doesn't really sway. If you need sn artificial sweetener, try Splenda or stevia.

Nausea ok thank you I will greatly reduce. Having maybe one a day is still more than what I had with the boys. Thanks!

I'd just cut it out. I really don't think it does anything anyway and only continue to keep it in the mix because so many people think it's a must. I got my girl without it after getting my 4th boy while using it.
