If I had to choose...
If I had to choose just a few things to do to sway girl what would be the best choices? I am overwhelmed with all of the different ways. I did buy some aspirin and crystal light, but what other things can I do as well? And how far in advance should I begin? Thanks gals!

I'm not an expert (I'm still learning!) But from what I've read:
1) follow the diet for 12 weeks
2) skip breakfast
3) no snacking
4) go vegetarian if you can
5) do cardio exercise 6 times a week
Having said that I'm not doing exercise, I will have only followed the diet strictly for 6 weeks )by the time we have our attempt) and I'm about 95% vegetarian. So I think the important things to do sway pink are to try and keep your blood sugar levels low, and that is done through skipping breakfast and not snacking.

I'm already a vegetarian and I exercise a little. I guess I need to increase my exercise.
If anyone else wants to chime in that would be great!!

I'm kind of out of the swaying loop, but I do see that a lot of girls are also including alcohol in their sways now.

I'm no expert either but being vegetarian is great , but watch those fortified meals meaning beans , lentils etc if you do eat those things. Just best to stay within limits of all things, have a look at the grade A foods and so on they really helps me. I'm at the point of not even tracking cause I've the idea of the foods my typical day is noon eat , pitta wrap with a little philli cheese, 1 cup of green grapes, and coconut water , I prefer to get a decent amount of potassium in before I do my cardio, then eat 3.30 alittle skinny hummus and cucumber with some crackers and an apple skin off, dinner rice and whatever low veggies zucchini , mushrooms and Parma cheese , sometimes have some lollies or chocolate just to up my cals..
I think exercise is really really important 6-7days a week if you can do ,and you feel good when you've done it , I think it helps calm me..
Good luck

Yep alcohol (with meals), coffee too. Some ladies are taking fibre supplements.
Maybe you should purchase a plan? If atomic sees this thread she can make some suggestions.

Yes it does sway pink apparently, not sure of the exact science behind, but i'm guessing alcohol has a negative affect on fertility in some way.

I never drink alcohol. I hate how it tastes. LOVE coffee though! Should I increase my intake? Right now I drink 1 cup a day.

1 attempt at +opk and take folic acid!!! I believe atomic said jump and dump raises %pink sway around 5% and exercise for 50/60 min each time
It’s been awhile but I keep meaning to come back and say we swayed girl in 2022 and had a little girl in early 2023! First girl born in 110+ years on my husband’s side.[emoji179]
