Forelife Ovulation tests...anyone had issues?
I've used these tests for the first time this last week but am yet to get my usual CD 16 and 17 pos, even though the second line is quite dark it is still not as dark as or darker than the control line. I'm really confused. It would be a one off if I've Oed earlier and missed it, which is the only other explanation. But has anyone else ever had problems with these tests? Thanks

2019. My longed-for baby girl (DD2) arrived into the world safe and sound on 13th June 2019 . We named her Lucia Anna Catalina. I still can't believe she is here and often have to pinch myself. I am one VERY blessed Mumma. She also has a dimple like her big sister.

My Ovulation Chart currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP
TTC #1
- swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!
Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after remověng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic
Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

bump
there is no magic to the positive OPK, when in doubt, attempt. So if it's looking quite dark, be in with your attempt then instead of waiting to see what happens. YOu can get pg with too early an attempt, but not too late of one.

Thanks ladies. No problems with the forelife just to update so if anyone else should read this. I was just late to O. And no...didn't get in an attempt Atomic as I haven't broached the topic again with DH. And to make matters worse...the three kids we have are really misbehaving this weekend so that is def not going to make him agree to one more any time soon. Cheeky little monkeys they are.

my hsuband has a theory that they try to interrupt happy fun timez for mom and dad to remove the chance of potential competitors.

That's hilarious. I can't believe dh has agreed to go for number 4.... whenever the boys behave extra bad I cringe and try to make peace right away, I'm afraid my dh will come to his senses and change his mind lol.

There is something to that, Kmom.
My 3rd is the most difficult of our 5 kids BY FAR (as we joke, if he had been the first, he'd have been the last) and I believe it colored my husband's willingness to go for our 5th.
Atomic, this may sound crazy but I’ve been reading about moon phases… I have a ‘red moon cycle’ currently which I didn’t used to have. Meaning my period is coinciding with the full moon. From...
