    vitex???

Hi ladies, I'm thinking of adding vitex to my sway but sorta questioning it because I have pretty good cycles normally 28day cycle, and O right around day 14 .. Scared it might mess with my cycles but willing to take it if it could help, I do get heavy periods and quite moody a week before.
But since being on the diet I O'd early this month..
I'm not taking any other supps except for fiber.
Any others ladies in the same situation? Did you take it , did it mess with your cycles .
    Thanks in advance

I wouldn't take it with perfect cycles like that. It's not getting great results either.

    My Ovulation Chart
currently TTC, Cycle #16 since last BFP

TTC #1 - swaying pink on & off since Nov 2013 - hoping for a girl first but excited for either!

Dec 2001 - May 2006 : 5 early abortions of healthy singletons (3 medical @5w, 2 surgical @8w, last 4 pregnancies conceived with late DH, all conceived while TTA/on birth control)
Mar 2012: miscarried B/G twins @5w (conceived 2 cycles after removìng Paraguard copper IUD while NTNP), one twin was ovarian ectopic

Me: 34, widowed, late O + short LP, normal-good hormone levels excepting undetectable testosterone, seeking a known sperm donor/life partner
My sway: vegetarian LE for over 28w, skipping breakfast, fibre (ground psyllium husks) with/before/between meals, physically inactive, drama avoidance, ocassional minimal YesBaby lube as needed, alternate cycles on low dose Clomid, double shot lattes (with meals)
Past sway tactics I've dropped (in order): Vitex, Sudafed, antihistamines, intermittent fasting, one attempt per cycle at positive OPK, one attempt in fertile period

I had perfect cycles and started taking it 3 months ago. I wish I hadn't bothered! Ovulated really late this month and messed up our attempt and my period was heavier than usual last month. I think I won't use it next month (although I'm scared I won't have a clue when I'll ovulate then!)

Thanks maiden and honeybug. Not going to bother I think I'm just getting nervous as attempt isn't that far away. Probably best not to mess with my cycles as I don't test opks
Just go by cm,temp, chart and use maybe baby which works well for me and get really bad Opains.
    Thanks ladies

Disappointing results and causes tons of trouble for people.

While I do think it sways pink otherwise I'd ban it, there is A LOT to be said for keeping cycle normal
