Thanks beautiful rainbow-i liked 'mice to see you'.Good one! That made me smile!! I had a hunt back through and read the posts about people having a little wobble like me. Was good to read others feel like this too. I think chocolate is right, it all becomes a bit scary at the point of TTC. Was so lovely the way you said there's someone you've not met yet. What a beautiful way of saying it! Are you having any cravings/signs either way?

DH and i can't decide whether to attempt this month or next. He is very keen for number 3 but has not been very committed to frying his balls () in the interests of lowering sperm count!! Think he feels guilty now and wants to go for it, exercising like mad until next month!!!

Does anyone know anything about sperm production? Is it done in advance? If so, what is the cycle?

I can't get enough mayo or vinegar. Loving tuna. Addicted to sour fruit pastles. Can't eat pork, beef or gammon. Gone off chocolate it tastes funny. Very very Neausous. Not sure if it means anything either way yet but as soon as I can find out I will.

For lowering sperm count we started with DH taking cranberry and licorice root and hot baths in the end DH was just doing the odd cranberry and hot baths. E4d wuth no release in between and extra on +opk. Not sure if there was anything else

Good to hear from you GlitterMouse! You know I waffle back and forth too but in the end, I don't want to have any regrets. I still feel like there is someone I haven't met yet. I feel like if it's meant to be, it will happen. I'm also going to be ok if it doesn't. I'll take it as my family is meant to be the way it is and at least I can say we tried.

My friend has gone off chocolate too in early pregnancy and says it just tastes odd. I'm sure she is having a girl so could be onto something there :-)

I get so confused about all this wouldn't not releasing increase sperm count? I thought regular releasing would help, it was going to be one of my sway attacks! No exercise for me today, planned rest day, back on it tomorrow! X

I think I read that it's like a gumball machine where if they don't release then the first sperm through are not as good quality cause they've been around longer?? I dunno!
On my plan it says for my hubby to abstain as he cant do any of the other tactics due to his health xx

this made me chukkle! "frying his balls'!
I feel how you feel re going for another kid. A whole lot of reasons why we should stay as we are! But the desire for a daughter is too strong and i feel ive gone too far into it now, with research and LE etc!! We hopefully attempting June/July. Good luck xxx

Did a workout video for 11 mins yesterday as the boys kept hassling me lol but also went for a nice walk to the park and back so just about managed an hour of exercise, just not altogether!! Boo. More steps tonight. Hope everyone is enjoying this lovely sunshine. Xx
